A lovely spacious room with tall ceilings and a beach view. Only problem was the lack of parking spaces .

Great location. Small rooms Stained carpet and our bathroom had sandy hand prints on the wall which the cleaners obviously missed as the rest of the bathroom was clean. Upon checkin, staff were quite rude when asking about an early checkin. No offer to store bags or park car - just to come back at 2pm and no other help!

The property pictures were misleading completely. The place was disgusting, filthy walls with stains everywhere. The couch was absolutely gross we sat on the dinning chairs to watch tv. The shower was so small not even my children could use it effectively. Holes in the linen sheets. Weeds as your view to outside.

Property was in an excellent location and we were able to gain access to our room early which was fantastic as we have a 4 month old baby. Unfortunately the TV did not work and the toilet ran all night. We let the staff know and we were told that they knew about it and couldn't do anything to fix it. This was disappointing as my parents were staying with us to help babysit our little one and made for a long night without it.

Lovely property close to the shopping strip, with many dining options. Rooms were clean. Items that could be improved; - Parking is far too little for the number of guests staying in the hotel. - Housekeeping provided clean towels daily but did not make up the beds as expected. Other than the above we would like to return to the hotel !!

Room with a view

Had a beautiful room with a view of Lorne’s surf beach in the newly renovated iconic Lorne Hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had a lovely dinner at Coda Restaurant (on top floor of the hotel) so it was a very easy walk back to our room after dinner. An excellent first class hotel.

It was a fantastic time for us as a family to visit. It was my first time to Lorne Hotel and my family thoroughly enjoyed the family room. It was spacious and the kids loved the 2 TVs so all of us can enjoy our own screens time. Definitely will revisit again

What a great place to stay. The staff were wonderful. Called us 3 times before our stay due to COVID and was very friendly and informative each time. The staff member who checked us in was excellent and very friendly and helpful each time we saw him. Highly recommend the hotel. We will come back.

The Lorne Hotel Executive Suite is a great spot for a special getaway. Perfect location, fabulous room with luxury bathtub and gas fireplace and great food options, including Movida and Coda. A favourite getaway

Nice room but maintenance issues

Very nice room and location. Great food at the hotel. When we checked in at 3pm the air conditioner wasn’t working and they told us that all maintenance and managers were already gone and nothing could be done which was frustrating. Bed is also extremely firm.
