Hotel Croatia
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed in water view room, nice room, small balcony but great views. Walking distance to everything, some stair climbing required, or you can wait for transport up and down the hill, sometimes it takes a bit. Location is great, staff friendly, food is good, but not as good as the previous hotel I stayed in. Caftat is a very quint town with great views, wish they had better shops, most have the same trinkets and low quality. But would stay here again."

"Excellent location. Close to bars and restaurants. Lovely views from sea view room. Close to the beach. Regular buses into Dubrovnik. Alternatively, easy to use Uber. Friendly, helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. We would definitely recommend this hotel."

"It's in great location. Bus station is very close to the hotel. Old town is less than 5 minutes away by bus. Very good breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like was hair dryer."

"Location was good, quiet place. Easy to get to old town. Staff is nice. Wish the pool would stay open later. The room did not cool below 22.6 degrees Celsius. Also must bring your own body lotion and hair conditioner."

"The hotel is lovely. It’s a great location and a wonderful restaurant on the water. Rooms are very quiet but small. However nicely finished. It’s a small intimate hotel and I’d say great for couples. The main issue we had was that we were stranded because of a flight cancellation and very tired and we couldn’t check in until after 3 pm. A lot of guests were arriving from early flights and also had to wait. An earlier check in would be something to consider."

"We loved our stay. The location was perfect with easy bus access to Dubrovnik and time to enjoy the more relaxed atmosphere of Lapad, its beaches and restaurants. We had a room with a balcony allowing us to sit outside and enjoy views of the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. Every staff member was helpful and kind."

"Had a 3 night stop over at this stunning hotel which was 35 mins drive from Dubrovnik Airport. When I arrived early my room was available, the staff were so helpful taking luggage to room and making sure I was knowledgeable about everything my stay included, which was a well presented buffet with lots of variety including Prosecco on a beautiful terrace, spa access, robes slippers, loccitane products free use of infinity pool and the other 5 pools as you pleased , the views were exceptionally beautiful the whole place was spotless , just a 6 min walk to a few shops and restaurants and bus stop near entrance handy for popping into the old town which is fascinating, but take a cover up if you want to pop inside the Chapel,100% recommend this place ,even my 17 year old said it was paradise"
