"Has a great location, walkable distance to main shopping street and attractions such as Tivoli Gardens, Round Tower, Rosenborg Castle, Nyhavn and others. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extra but the food is delicious, fresh and much to choose from. My only complaint is their pillows, they are very thin and floppy. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The location of this hotel is great. 5 min walk to central train station. The shared bathrooms were inconvenient for me, however. One morning there was vomit in the sink, which was cleaned up promptly by hotel staff. The shared showers had no water pressure this time around and may be fixed later on.
