The receptionist was lovely, accommodated our needs in that my partner has a bad knee and the lift was broken so she gave us a ground floor room. I also asked for a bathroom with a bath, and she sorted that too.

Pros- decent sized room, with plenty of amenities inside, good level of cleanliness. Bed was very firm, which I like, so I slept like a log.
