"I wrote this email to the property manager, Dear Vias Manager, I regret that I wasn’t able to meet you in person before we left Vung Tau, but I wanted to take a moment to express our family’s deepest gratitude for the truly exceptional service we received during our stay at Vias. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles from the door staff, and the front desk team welcomed us so kindly with drinks as they checked us in. Their positive energy and hospitality made us feel immediately at home. We had originally booked a family room for four, but ended up with an extra guest. Your staff quickly arranged an additional bed for our son without hesitation — a small gesture that made a big difference. The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable — we were truly impressed. Now, I have to share something special. July 10th was my birthday, and honestly, no one in my family remembered (😂). But your staff did — and that small but thoughtful gesture meant the world to me. I turned to my wife and said, “Next time we’re in Vung Tau, we’re definitely staying here again.” It’s those little things that leave a lasting impression. We travel often, but this was hands down one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had. And the food? Beyond amazing. The restaurant staff were just as warm and accommodating as the rest of the team, making every meal feel special. We also left a small token of appreciation in the room for the housekeeping staff — their hard work "

"Worth to stay "

"It is a small hotel with a small pool (which became too crowded during peak hours with kids) and is within walking distance to the beach. It has a restaurant that caters three meals a day and is quite good. Meal selections are mostly Vietnamese. We booked one night to get away from the noisy and crowded Vũng tàu beaches and will consider returning. "

"Amazing resort, best pool we have ever had at a resort, lovely staff and stunning views and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was so good and pool side pizza though fairly expensive was delicious."

"We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time."

"Pools and beach access was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and the resort restaurant food was good as well. There's a convenient store across the street that is super useful and stocked with plenty of drinks, water, snacks, and alcohol. There's nothing else to do or go to within walking distance of the resort though. "
