"When the bus first dropped us off at the end of the alleyway, we weren’t quite sure where we were staying, but once we arrived we were very pleasantly surprised. For the hotel’s rating, it was very well located central, convenient, and easy to get around from.
The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, and they did our laundry for a very fair price, which was a huge plus while traveling with kids. We rented bikes from a small shop nearby (we needed bikes with child seats on the back), and being able to bike around was fantastic & highly recommended.
Breakfast was also good and a nice way to start the day. Overall, a good stay and we would recommend. "

"We had a great time while staying at Nan house. The property is very nice and quite. Away from the super busy street of the town but not far. The room was spacious with everything that you need. The bed is comfortable. Once you step out of the door, inside the property ,everything is very nicely done with a lot of plants and a hammock for the room. Breakfast is nice and you have choices. Mr Tuan is an excellent host. He was always available to provide help. We used the bikes that he had at the hotel to move around the town. He arranged for us renting a 🏍️ for two days and they brought it to the hotel. Also he arranged a transfer to the airport. We definitely recommend this place. "

WiFi ok, perhaps a little slow but adequate for our needs.
Just down the road from Hoa Lu old town (beautiful) and Trang Un river boat rides. A tour they organised took us up the Dragon Mountain. No need to go out for dinner, the food is MUCH better here and HUGE PORTIONS!"
