"Staying at the Shelburne Hotel is like stepping back in time. The staff are warm and friendly, our room was quiet and comfortable. It was fun playing pool in the lobby area. One suggestion: a few hooks to hold towels and hang night clothes in the bathroom would be helpful. There was only one small towel bar crammed with towels. "

We have stayed here three times now and on our last trip we did have a few issues but the staff went above and beyond to make things right. This will always be our go to place in Long Beach!! "The after 8:00pm check-in process was very efficient and quick once I saw the sign saying to ring the doorbell. The staff person was very gracious as well. We were pleasantly surprised at the modern amenities, but disappointed at the lack of breakfast. We were extremely happy to see the two does feeding just outside our window!"

"These places looked like tiny homes from the outside. Very cute and cottage-y. Inside was simply a bedroom and bathroom and a small private outside patio. The king bed was very comfortable. However the TV didn't seem to work and the shower curtain was too short so the shower leaked. An easy fix. It was a bit dark inside, but it was very clean. We would stay again"

"The free breakfast here was amazing! The view was spectacular especially at night if you pick a room that is facing the bridge. The hotel is very pet friendly, including giving your dog treats upon check-in."
