"I didn't use the hot tub or parking. Excellent and safe location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cheerful staff. I appreciated the hot complimentary breakfast and delicious Costa Rica coffee "

"we only stayed for 1 night, the 1st room we found bugs/roaches; tub clogged up and dirty. requested another room. the 2nd room was better but toilet wouldn't flush properly my husband had to do a little handy work for it to flush better. it was only a 1 night stay (7 hours total) just to sleep. Free breakfast -not much of a breakfast. would not book again"

"Rooms not as advertised with no help from staff to fix problems. Was told the main manager was going to reach out to help fix the problem and as of today 6 day after our stay no ones reach out and won't reture our calls. "
