Quiet, clean & lots of choice for breakfast. Plumbing needs to be revied slow drainage in sink, bathtub needs refinishing but plenty of hot water.

I’d say most importantly, the room was pretty clean, aside from a dusty comb under the little dresser, haha. Secondly, my toddler loved swimming in the pool. It was nice and warm!
