Premier Inn London County Hall
Rooms were large and clean, offering convenient stations (Waterloo & Westminster) in about a 5-10min walk. Solely based on the rooms and amenities, we found it pricey. But if you are willing to shell out more, it is located in prime location.

Strand Palace Hotel
I got the small room because I only needed it for just the night. The room was very clean, functional, affordable, the staff were kind, polite and friendly. I absolutely enjoyed my stay, worth the money and I will definitely be staying here again.
