So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free.

The room was clean, however there were long queues to check-in which took quite some time. Asides that overall good experience.
