I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were professional, kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, in a great location close to the tub and bus stops. The Grand at Trafalgar Square
My room was billed as a premium room. It had no windows. It was under an eave that slanted down over the bed. I felt like Cinderella before the ball in the attic.
