Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Clean room, location is great for theatres and shops, thought it was good value. Lack of window isn't great, but we knew that before we arrived.

We had a lovely stay, we were given a complimentary room upgrade from standard double to deluxe double for our anniversary. We were given a small cake and a small fruit basket as well. We also asked for an extension on our checkout by 1 hour which was given as complimentary. The staff are very helpful ...

The rooms are very old. The headboard to my bed was off the wall as I walked into my room for the first time and needed to be fixed. In the meantime they let me change rooms.
