Hotel was fine but I will never use Hotels.com ever again as they messed up my booking completely costing me £1600 !!! I called them 3 times and sent 5-6 emails to which each time they apologised and said they would correct it, but never did anything !!!

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Room was a little cramped but had all that you would need and was spotless. The staff were all friendly. Location was great being right next to the Thames.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
No signal so you cant get wifi, basic room but super clean, but it would be good to have a shower matt/towel. Dont leave anything in the room as we left a top in there and nobody gets back to you or helps when you call or email
