Royal National Hotel
Overall, the hotel was OK, but there was a staff member that seemed to have an attitude and definitely left a bad impression on me. I believe his name was Jada.

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus
Room was clean as always. Lots of noise which sounded like building work on the floor above me. Staff friendly but there was a lot less of them on this trip. Stayed here a few times now but this one may have been my last. The amount of guests they are trying to accommodate with the capsules opening ...
