The Drey - Kensington, Earl's Court

We paid for an upgrade on arrival and wer epromised a room with a view, we arrived at our room on the 11th floor overlooking the bridge to find another party already inside. We went back to reception and were given a room on the 4th floor without a view, which we were told was for the time being, ...
