The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
Reception staff, always helpful. The hotel’s location is great. Our room had amazing views but it was tired looking. We did not have our room serviced on our first day and no reason was given.

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating.

Royal National Hotel
The level of customer service was excellent. A full staffed foyer, a helper at hand in every area, you just don’t get that level of service these days. Really, really great stay.

The Grand at Trafalgar Square
Lobby was beautiful and staff very accommodating. Rooms were a tad small, but not unusual in Europe. Location was perfect. Close to Trafalgar and Thames as well as Tube stations. Overall, great stay.
