"Anybody reading this take stock, booked this hotel on a quick break to Tenerife. The hotel was excellent, Location walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Management were very professional, polite, helpful. Catering staff took pride in their hospitality making sure food was presented and cooked to a high standard Cleaning staff who were always extremely busy in hotel and accommodation, pool and bar deserved a special mention. 35 years travelling hotels with business and pleasure, far more than most people could imagine this hotel provides everything you need. Some major chain hotels in uk could do with a week holiday here to understand customer focus. Thank you I will return."
