The pools were a nice option regardless of weather. My only complaint is the pillows were not comfortable at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again!"
"Thid was a really great hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very easy to get to and plenty of options for dining close by. Appreciated that we were right across from the marina. The only negative really was specific to us in that they could not turn on the air conditioning for us in March. Therefore the room was warm. Opening the windows, fix this, but there was some smells of food cooking from the restaurants at street level. This would not keep me from staying at the hotel again. "
