"This place is wonderful, you can stay there and never have to leave, they have two shopping areas with Molino cafe that is awesome, before you go to explore Puerto Rico, explore the resort it’s got amazing beaches, secluded beach being my favorite one and all the little lagoons, awesome to snorkel. Everything is amazing the concierge has multiple awesome activities that are worth every penny."

"We arrived 7 hours late and at 2AM due to issues with weather for the flight. We were greeted kindly at the front desk by a gentleman who checked us in quickly and even gave us a free room upgrade to a poolside villa . The hotel is beautiful as well as the grounds and every area of the hotel is clean. The pool and beach staff are readily available to provide towels and set up chairs and all staff members we encountered were kind. They offer sunblock and aloe right at the towel stands as well as cold lemon water. My only complaint is the food at the resort is pricy but to be expected given the caliber of the hotel. We will be booking this resort again when we return to San Juan."
