"Bad experience. Everything was broken. 1st was given the wrong room. Then was changed to a room on 2nd floor. Elevator worked when arrived, then broke down. AC in room didn't work. Fridge was froze up, didn't work. Ice maker on 2nd floor didn't work. Outside exit/entrance doors were broken: did not lock, so anyone had access. Rooms not too clean. Even the toilet paper holders were broken - paper roll was stuck on the bar - no roller bar - so fell to the floor a lot. Took a long time to get hot water in shower. Breakfast was skimpy. Last day there they didn't even have the hot plates filled. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Boogers on the wall. Sheets/pillow cases smelled bad, like they weren’t washed. Water in the bath tub wouldn't turn off. Just a steady stream. Water wouldn’t get hot, only luke warm. Swimming pool does not look like the picture. The flooring is way different and dirty. Bugs flying around and the pool was cold. The bbq area was blocked off. The checkin lady wasn't very welcoming. Not a smile or thank you for staying. I was supposed to stay two nights, I left after an hour 1/2. The smelly pillows and boogers on the wall, I just couldn't stay there and feel comfortable. I travel and stay at a lot of motels, and this was one of the worst. "

"Housekeeping kept coming into the room unannounced 2x, hot water took longer to come on, the fridge in the room was leaking water and not working, and the light by the bedside was flickering."

"The room was basic, which is fine. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. The beds were not comfortable. The pull out couch was dirty. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was broken… if just looking to sleep one night its fine"
