" Traveling with family; my brother is deaf and mute, we were celebrating his retirement along with some of his friends from the Deaf community. The minute we walked in, we were pleasantly greeted by the young man at the front desk. We got there just in time for drinks, we were welcomed . His hospitality was over the top, he took the time to talk to us, made us all feel so welcome. He took the time to try to communicate and joke, with my brother and his friends. Bartender on duty so cheerful and attentive. We ordered appetizers:calamari and tropical ceviche that was so delicious. We ordered dinners: prime rib and some steaks that were cooked just perfectly. We ordered two chicken plates and club sandwiches. All meals had a beautiful presentation and they were all brought out with the help of the Chef, himself. The staff was so awesome he continued to come over to talk to us and check if we needed. Rooms were so clean, fresh, comfortable and quiet. We had a very restful sleep! Breakfast was well served. Our check out was also made easy by young lady at the front desk. So grateful for such an amazing hospitality provided all of the Embassy Suites staff that we had the opportunity to engage with."

"Unfortunately, the add photo feature has not always been a part of Hotels.com so I do not have any photos to upload, as I did not expect for you to add this option. I stayed jn room 120, and thr moment I entered the room, I could see cockroaches crawling on the floor, then the walls, then the drapes, then the bed, toilet, sink, chairs, table, etc. They were everywhere. Most were very small, which tells me that they survived the most recent fumigation if there was one, as their lungs are too small to inhale the poison. I pulled back the bedding, and the bed was full of pieces of debris and many, many hairs, both long and short. Finally, I looked up at the ceiling and noticed that there was no smoke detector installed. It had apparently been removed. In addition to a serious safety concern, that is also a serious violation of state and federal fire codes. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone without some serious upgrades, and I would also very much appreciate a refund of my payment. I did not sleep more than 2 hours off and on, due to the roaches crawling on the bed."
