Tiny dark room. Nowhere to put luggage. Very minimal towels. No hair dryer in room. Reception staff - some helpful but young man completely disinterested and unhelpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops.
