Good value for money. Very comfortable beds. Cute room decor. Only complaint is showers are very low. Hit me mid chest so have to duck to wash hair.

Older style, park in front of your room. Large, clean room with electric fireplace, spa bathtub, extra vanity outside of bathroom with fridge and microwave. It snowed overnight and the grounds looked beautiful. One of the workers/owners? even helped brush off my car! Will stay again if ever in Lockport!

I loved the price and how clean it was for a small-town Inn. also, you have plenty of stores and restaurants in the area to choose from, the staff was very friendly and helpful best part they still use keys and not electronic cards to open your room door. I will for sure be a return customer there.

exit onto a side street as well as to the main street. Rooms are beautifully maintained, lots of room to sit and relax. Fireplace electric heater was romantic, glass coffee mugs and glass wine glasses. lots of towels and soft beds. excellent!

Perfect little place
When I stay at hotels in this price range, I don't expect much, but this was one of the nicest, cleanest, coziest hotels I've ever stayed at. It was a heavenly little surprise on a long trip.

Great little Inn!
This was our secpnd stay at Lockport Inn and Suites. We have good friends who live about 5 minutes away but dont have the room to host us so this has been a lifesaver for us. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. There are a few different room set ups and they are tastefully decorated and well kept. The overall vibe and look of the place from the road is quiet and a kitschy, with bright white accents and a lot of quaint garden statues scattered around the property. The staff is welcoming, polite and very helpful. Its in a good location, close to Lockport's tourist attractions and you wouldnt be too far removed from Niagra Falls/Buffalo if you were headed to or from that direction.

This is a very special property. It felt a little bit like visiting my mother's home which was lovely, elegant and very well cared for. For. It was wonderful. Place to rest for a night before traveling another long day.

Folks at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on a busy street but our room on the back of the property was very quiet - you wouldn't know the street was there. Our room was VERY spacious. The décor was a little dated to our tastes but perfectly acceptable. Everthing was extremely clean and there were nice touches such as a pair of wine glassed and and electric corkscrew at the ready. And I admit to using the recliner chair even though i don't have one at home. I like that this is a family owned business and will gladly stay with them again if I have occasion to revisit Lockport.

The decor was a little dated, and I had assumed it would be a little bigger, but frankly it was perfect for what we needed. The bed made for what was probably the best night of sleep either of us had in a long time and we love a good high pressure shower head. Only cons are minimal, the size as stated but the TV could deffinatly use an update, the quality was reminiscent of watching an old VHS tape on a CRT with very few channels (it didn't change much of our experience but it would have been nice to watch a movie when we were back from the wedding) all In all it was clean, convenient, and simple.

What a quaint villa style hotel! The antique style furnishings added to the flavor. Loved the couples jacuzzi in the suite. We’ll worth the $30 upgrade. Also enjoyed finding the history of this family owned property from the 90 year old couple who have been married over 68 years!

This was an excellent property to stay at! The room was incredibly clean and smelled very fresh. It’s definitely an older place, but so well kept. The statues, plants, chairs, brick on the outside are beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and it just overall was an excellent 2-night stay.
