What a wonderful first experience of this Inverness gem. Wonderful friendly staff and service. Loved the eco friendly key cards and room cleaning/do not disturb plaque. We will be back.

Overall this is a good place, in a quiet location. Rooms are quite basic but fine. The shared kitchen is really nice. The only problems are very thin walls (you can hear any noises e.g talking and phones pinging in the next room) and a bright green light over the room door which you can't switch ...
