"Our flight was delayed and when I called to make the hotel aware we would be checking in after midnight, the receptionist was understanding, polite, and helpful. Overall, it was a very quick sleep and go visit, but we would absolutely recommend the Comfort Inn & Suites Syracuse-Carrier Circle to future Syracuse travelers!"

"This place is great! We’ve stayed her many times and it’s always good! All the staff is very pleasant and if you need anything for your room like towels etc, just ask and you’ll receive. I like the size of the rooms, having a kitchen area with a full refrigerator and a king size comfortable bed. Love the pool too! The only thing they should have though are umbrellas at the tables in the pool area. It was very hot and muggy( which I don’t mind) when we were just there, but it would’ve been nice to have an umbrella for some shade! Otherwise everything was great!"
