A lovely little find
The host was so welcoming- could not do enough to help. Room has everything you need - offering great value for Money too. A comfortable and very pleasant stay.

Room was nice and clean but , hospitality wise was awful.my husband checked in,given brief instructions of how to get to room and into hotel part but then she rushed off because she was busy.we were not made aware of breakfast times or anything.only reading info in room did we find out that breakfast isnt served til 10am on a sunday and is also available to general public.10am is too late to start serving food and ive paid money for the privelage of been in a hotel i dont expect to wait along with general public.we wanted to be away for 9am but left without breakfast...not happy at all 😔😡

Really cute boutique hotel in a beautiful village with lots of bars and cafes nearby . They went to a lot of trouble to make sure the light up mirror was fixed in our room . Room and bathroom was snug but a big bed and had everything you need for a couple of nights stay .

Well situated for my purposes. Nice area with a number of good eateries. Room 4 was very cramped. It really should be a single room, not a double. For that reason I wouldn't return.

The room was tiny and cramped - no place to put our luggage, and the pillows were super flat. It was dark and claustrophobic in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Lots to like, but too loud for me.
We stayed in Room 2. On the plus side: everyone working at N’ista was lovely, friendly and professional. The room was cosy, it had plenty of storage, the t.v. Was great and there’s free WiFi. The bed was really comfortable and all of the fittings, bedding etc. we’re good quality. Parking just around the corner at £3 for 24 hours is great. However, the bathroom is very small. I had to stand to the side of the sink to shave as I couldn’t bend down due to the shower screen. But, the biggest issue was the music from the bar downstairs until 11.45pm both nights. It was very loud and on the Saturday was playing from late afternoon non-stop.

2 Night Stay
N'ista Hotel is a bar/restaurant with rooms. The rooms are compact but very nice with modern facilities. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen. I didn't eat or drink in the restaurant but it was very popular with the locals and did not disturb my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and well equipped, ideal for the two night stay I had. The owners and staff were all really helpful and approachable. I would stay again for a short trip although you may want something a little larger if staying for long.

These are modern, well appointed rooms with a really premium feel. Room 3 is small and the owners seem worried about it, but they really shouldn’t be. If you know it’s small and only need it to sleep and relax in, it’s a perfect getaway. A large comfortable bed gave us both a great night’s sleep and the en suite wet room was again tight but everything you need. My only two criticisms, and they are very small are: The hot water takes ages to come through the taps and shower The wet room could do with a light over the basin. With light coming from behind your head, shaving becomes difficult Despite this, I would definitely stay again without hesitation

Not quite what I thought when I booked, however I was more than happy with N’ista. There were several rooms above a bar/cafe, I was shown to my room and given full instructions. There was no breakfast available which was not good, but knowing it I sorted myself for morning. The room was excellent, modern with a good TV. Parking is either on the road which was busy or I found a car park about 30M up from the hotel at £3 overnight, so parked in that. The bar downstairs had a good vibe and I had a pleasant chat with the owner. Would I stay again, probably..

Very convenient for Golf Courses and in the centre of Birkdale Village. Small wet room means the rest of the bathroom gets wet also. Good modern decor.

Lovely spot, great location.
We loved this place. So cute and very clean. The owner and staf were very nice and accommodating. Breakfaat was very good as well. At night the place was busy with many people drinking wine and enjoying the outaide cafe. If ever in the area again we will stay here.
