Perfect location for city centre, less than 5 minute was to John Lewis. Always a warm welcome and perfect breakfast.

Cosy hotel in excellent central Liverpool location

Cosy hotel in excellent location for central Liverpool. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable but the shower wasn't very powerful and tended to leak out of the shower base which could get annoying if staying longer than a couple of days.

The property was lovely, the lady on reception was nice and welcoming when we arrived. The room was modern and easy to relax in, we just couldn't get the heating on but the lady on reception was amazing again and provided a portable heater. The beds are very comfortable and overall we had a great stay :)

One night at Lock & Key Hotel

Really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are great and there is an excellent bar. The location is also very central.
