A lovely boutique hotel - close to amenities and spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. No hairdryer or cupboard in room (although hangers) and in fairness they did email a few days before my stay that is was noisy but I wasn’t banking on loud music coming from the pub until 2am. If noise isn’t a factor for you (or you are going to be out late) I’d stay defo stay here as it’s great value for money.

Great hotel in the center of liverpool
Amazing location in the centre of everything,reception staff were so helpful,room was lovely ,comfortable and clean only down side was we were on the top floor with no lift but location and overall impression outweighs that ,looking forward to staying again soon

The hotel is perfect for a short stay or for couples. Not ideal for children or if you are looking for a quiet nights rest. The location is fantastic, close to shops and the shopping areas. If you are looking for a tipple, this is a great short stay location. Must be mindful not to pack heavy or big luggage, the walkway are narrow and without elevator. I had a pleasant overnight stay, the room was spacious. Possible to sleep 4 and the staff are friendly and helpul. Will stay again on my next visit and bring some earplugs as well.

Excellent value for money, cosy and clean. If you want to get back late from a night in town it's ideal, however, if you like to go to bed early or have an afternoon nap, the noise from surrounding pubs may be an issue.

Good price, fantastic location, just around the corner from Lime Street. The room was large, clean with new furnitures and all the facilities in place. We couldn't ask any better for our stay in Liverpool!

We stayed for two hellish nights at this hotel. Each night from 9pm to 4am we were punished with incredibly loud electronic music at a level beyond the threshold of pain. The first night I asked “when will the music stop?” I was assured it would end at midnight. At midnight I was given the answer of “soon”. I tried to check out in the morning but I was assured that the music would not occur again. Sure enough the god awful EDM happened again. Hellen Keller would not have gotten a good night sleep in this place. If you have a pulse stay somewhere else! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED

Lovely small hotel! Our room had a double bed and 2 bunk beds which was really nice. Also had air con which was perfect considering the hot weather now. Such a nice little hotel with lovely staff and was so cheap for the quality of the hotel. Would definitely go again

Loud live music around the area but i feel added a nice ambience, quietened down around 11pm (mid week). No lift which is stated but there are a lot of stairs so be prepared to work those thighs! Nice clean property with friendly reception staff.

Above a bar but music stopped 1am. The room with 2 singles and a bunk bed (room 104) was lovely. Comfortable and clean and with air con. No window unfortunately. All staff were amazing including the night porter. Towels were provided, shower gel and soap but couldn’t find a hairdryer. Great location right in the city centre near restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.

Sorry, we had an issue last week with our boiler but have not had an issues this week with the hot water? Was your stay a few days ago?? Also we have had no issues with the WIFI and is usually very good.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Great location! Only thing that's hard is the amount of uncomfortable stairs if your room happens to be on the third floor :-)

Great location, good value
Lovely modern room, plush carpet and a good bathroom. Staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. As others have noted, it is loud until 2am. Price you pay for such a central location though!

Loved it, me and my lot thought it was ace. Girls behind the desk and your night man were brill. Stayed on the very top floor in one of the new refurb rooms. Spacious, clean, walk in shower, coffee machine the lot. Tv with netflix and the likes on. Was a bit hot as hadnt had the airvon sorted yet in the freshly refurb room but we had a giant fan. To top it off LED lights which the kids loved. Absolutley perfect. Ps Its right outside the train station, only a 10 minute walk to the doc, 5 minutes to the shopping centres and 15 minutes to the home of Football (Anfield obvioulsy). Overall brill staff, brill place, brill location. Will be staying here the 7 / 8 games we get to a season. Thanks guys

We loved the air conditioning. We stayed here during the heatwave, and the air conditioning was much needed and amazing. Staff was friendly! Great location as well.
