"A fine place to stay while Passing through. Nothing around to do in the town but certainly not the hotels fault. The staff was great and welcoming and fixed one issue we had immediately and gave us a suggestion for dinner. "

"Very clean old school White Mountains motel and cabins right next to Pemi River. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Seating and fire pit on riverside behind hotel. Close to Lincoln and Woodstock, Franconia Notch, and Flume Gorge. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking here again when we’re in the area. The tub was a definite plus, as was the bars on the side, I am partially handicapped so it meant a great deal to me to take a bath and feel safe in doing so."

"This place was a slice of Heaven along a River. My favorite part is sitting on our private back porch just steps from the river!"

"After the eclipse we were caught in the worst traffic I have ever seen. At one point, on an interstate highway, in one hour forty minutes we made less than 10 miles. It became apparent that we could not get the the Rodeway Inn before the scheduled closing of the office at midnight. We called ahead, and the clerk remained on duty until we arrived at about 12:10AM. I could not explain how grateful we were."

"Hotel served it's purpose. Just a place to sleep. Friendly and convenient however outdated and bed uncomfortable. The view from the room was great. Surprised the grandbaby with Santa's Village."

"Certainly wasn't the picture I was shown of two double beds. Could only open the door half way to fit the twin in and not what I ordered. They stop answering calls after 7 or so so you are F***ed if you need some thing or have a question. I could hear the next door person yawning loudly. Finally I yelled stop. I hope he had a happy ending but then he started the yawning at 5 am. Per a notice to hotel participants. WE CAN HEAR YOU! They are responsive before that time, like I couldn't figure out...

"Property is old. Staff excellent ( they do what they can to help) but quality of rooms below average. Rooms closest to office are best.. Restaurant/bar is closed for repairs"

"This place is great! For the price you can't find any better the room is very cozy and spacious with great views. Dining and entertainment is a short drive down the road. Would definitely stay here again!! "
