"We found the hotel's location to be exceptionally convenient. The staff were welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was a pleasant size and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, the on-site pool provided a wonderful amenity for relaxation. It was a truly enjoyable experience overall."

"Stayed here overnight as went to a concert at the Brighton Centre. It’s literally just round the corner. Beds are comfy and room was nice and quiet. It was my partners birthday and the hotel put a handwritten card in our room and some chocolates which was a lovely touch. My only complaint was that we booked a late checkout (1pm) but housekeeping still came into our room at 10.30. I mentioned this to reception on checkout and they did apologise. Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return."

"Check in is online and painful including the need to upload ID for all guests, and installing the app. The hotel and room PIN Is sent ahead of time and works well. The room is functional and comfortable, everything you need for a stay. Bathroom well appointed with a great shower. Breakfast in the cafe next door with good menu choices. On site staff super helpful, even though it is all supposed to be online. Parking in Brighton is difficult and expensive so see if you can sort it out before you arrive, again on site staff were super helpful. "

"They "prefer" cash. No cleaning in 4 days, bedding not changed, bin not emptied. Door between rooms not closing completely, flushing system in the toilet sometimes work sometimes not. We wanted to stay one more night and we've been asked for £100 or if we pay in cash only £90. After few conversations they reduced to 70 than to 60. Told them we won't pay more than 50 and they preferred to have the room empty instead dropping 10 more."

"The 24hr check-in and 11am late check out was wonderful. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was very good with good vegetarian and vegan options. The room was clean and there were enough tea, coffee and milk portions. The shower was amazing! Very good price as well."

"Lovely hotel with a great view. We had a corner suite and the welcome gin was appreciated, shame only the tonic was replaced on day 2. Room service was delicious. Be warned it is £10 per person per day to use the spa if you haven't booked direct - this is hidden away on the hotel description (unlike other charges which were easy to see up front!)"

"Hotel was very accommodating for my elderly in-laws. Good amenities. Great location. Parking bit tricky as space at a premium. Overall very happy with our short break."
