"We have stayed twice at The Victoria and will no doubt stay in the future. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as biscuits. The building is old and tired, but it is clean and very good value for money, The restaurant is welcoming and the food is good too. The location is convenient to walk into Canterbury. Parking is FREE at The Victoria."
"We made a very last minute booking to the hotel and arrived just 20 minutes later. Kimberley on reception was amazing, helping us with a smooth check in and a really warm welcome. She got us a table in the restaurant too where we had a lovely dinner and great breakfast the next morning. The room in this old historical inn was very clean and comfy. Low doors and winding staircases add to the historial fun. The gardens are very well kept and pretty and we enjoyed exploring them after breakfast."

"Lovely location in the heart of the Canterbury. The owners are very nice and are attentive and on hand for anything we needed. 10/10 customer service. However the room was a bit run down. Mirror wonky, towel rail coming off the wall and the large bed is broken underneath. It was however a great stopover and introduction to Canterbury."
