We had an amazing stay at Heritage House Resort! It was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what my husband and I needed. We loved that it’s dog-friendly, and the goodie bag for our pup was such a thoughtful touch. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was perfect, and we can’t wait to return!

Absolutely lovely! Our room was great very spacious and right outside plenty of grass area for our dog to run around. Has many Perfect spots to view the sunsets and access to private beach. We booked an ocean-view room through Expedia, but the only view from our room was trees and the garden. We chose not to complain to the front desk and stayed in the room we were assigned. We also arrived early and asked if early check-in was possible. The front desk took our phone number and told us they would contact us when the room was ready, but we never received a text or update. We ended up waiting for our room, even though check-in was listed as 4:00 PM. In addition, we were charged unexpected fees that were not clearly explained to us, which was disappointing. Other than that, the property was beautiful, and the overall scenery was amazing. The grounds were well maintained, and we still enjoyed our stay despite the issues with the room view, check-in process, and unexpected charges

The Heritage House experience is unique and being there to take in the whole property really should be the goal. The rooms are all great (been many times) and the staff super friendly and welcoming. The bedding is luxurious and the beds are “clouds!” Everything is well maintained and even the coffee is terrific!
