Pick this place!

We could not have enjoyed the view from our room more. View was stunning and a seagull came daily to perch on the rail to stare at us, lol. Quiet, convenient to Mendocino and surrounding parks. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The beds are old and hard. Our backs are killing us this morning. The bedding is not comfortable especially the blankets comforter and pillows. The views are dramatic with sounds of waves breaking. The staff is fantastic. The bar and bartender fabulous. The dining room nice. For breakfast the only eggs available are poached which were perfectly prepared. Dinner was delicious with the exception of the Vietnamese salad. Poorly cut cabbage Plate presentation not at all attractive. It’s a beautiful old hotel needing some updating Very clean but tired.
