"The room had a very pleasant smell every time we entered. The staff was friendly, the decor was chic and the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The location was central to Walmart and Costco. I recommend this stay. The TV was very large and the gym, pool, basketball court was a great addition. "

Cold shower, no breakfast, no offer to make things easier in any way, and no offer of credit or refund. It was obvious that upper management had not given the desk clerk any options at all to deal with a crisis. "
