The location is central and there are a lot of options for shopping for food close by if you’re getting a room with a kitchen. The pool Was cold but the kids didn’t mind much. The gym is above average with good equipment and room to exercise. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was good.

The room was great, plenty of room for 3 adults. Only complaint is there was no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa bed in the closet as was told to me at check in. Also coffee pot in room should be checked out before next guest arrives, it was not safe to use.

The pool wasn’t heated for our stay in March, which we had planned to use. One of the main reasons for booking. We have stayed here before, and The forgot to mention, we didn’t want a room over the roof and outside air conditioning unit. So it was noisy! On Monday morning, there was a lady with 4 boys who came in from outside and over took the breakfast, piling food and breakfast sandwiches on extra plates. She completely wiped out some food stations with extra plates. When they finished their meal they walked back out the front door with all the extra plates. I also found it odd that they don’t use tap for cards. I love the room setup and kitchen and the ladies who run the breakfast are outstanding!
