"At the hotel restaurant where breakfast is served, the food is delicious and the entire staff is very friendly. Modesta, Paulina, and Carmen made me feel right at home; I am grateful for their kind attention."

"Our first night was rough - they gave us the wrong room (not what we had paid for) because they were full….it was a handicap accessible room that clearly had not been cleaned in a very long time. A bandaid on the pillow, hair on the sheets - it was disgusting. The next day (we had a 3 night stay) they moved us to the room we had originally booked and paid for & it was great! Very clean, good views and clean bedding! The only other issue - there were homeless people hanging out and sleeping on their front picnic table/yard area the whole day - made it feel a little sketchy for the area. We loved the walkability to The Galleria - super convenient!"
