Most people go out for dinner in the evenings, so staff is normally gone by 7pm on the dot. "recently celebrated my birthday here, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. The biggest positive was the staff—they were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and did everything they could to make us comfortable. They truly deserve recognition. Unfortunately, the property itself is in desperate need of renovation and proper upkeep. There were too many worn-out and dilapidated areas that took away from the experience. Our room had a leaking AC and even a spider inside, and there were simple things missing like ketchup and bitters for drinks—small issues that should be easy to fix. It felt like the staff cared, but upper management didn’t seem to share that same level of concern. That’s really disappointing because with some attention and investment, this place could be so much better. I genuinely appreciate the incredible staff, but sadly, the condition of the property would keep me from returning. I sincerely hope management makes the improvements it deserves."

My only complaints are that the breakfast menu is repetitive and the excursion desks was problematic. Avoid booking tours through the representatives at the hotel—if your plans change, they will refuse a refund and send you on a wild goose chase to resolve it with other companies." We ended up losing about $250.USD. they refused us a refund"

Certain amenities were lacking; wifi was out for a day and was inconsistent overall, room service was often not available and lacked sufficient options, the bar service at the beach was slow or not available. The atmosphere is nice, quiet, and feels safe and secure for a solo traveler. I would return."
