"A fabulous hotel. We had a very warm welcome and the owners couldnt do enough to accommodate us. The room was beautifully decorated , clean and comfortable. Nice big mugs for tea and coffee aand spares in the corridor if needed which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was continental (cooked only available on the Sunday morning) but was sufficient and nicely presented. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you Neil and Heather "

"Wonderful property, staff amazing. Only "gripes" are - four poster bed is a *little* small, it's the equivalent of a small double bed. Also, the shower doesn't have much power. It's an older, historical property, so do factor that into a stay. As highlighted above though, the staff were brilliant, and the (included) breakfast was sublime. We will be back! 👍"

Ridiculously comfortable bed and bedding. Huge monsoon shower. Lovely miniature conservatory. Extremely dog-friendly. They need to install a single opening upper window to prevent the room getting so hot"
