"we loved the location of de pousada but a part from that it was really bad - a lot of mold in the room and we stayed several days - not once the rooms were cleaned, breakfast was not as described (way less and way more basic, fruits were missing no juices etc.). after day 6 we asked if they could fill up the toilet paper and they just handed my friend a box to fill it up since they don't do it. very disappointed about the place a part from the great location."

"I am surprised this place is only 1 star, I would say it's a 3 star really. Being really picky but the telly in the room could of been bigger. I guess what should be included is a mosquito net, the mosquitoes on this island are savage. I had bites on bites. I was bathing in mosquito repellent and still was getting bitten."

"Seguramente a mais decepcionante estadia desde que passamos a reservar hotéis pelo site. Desde nossa chegada podemos perceber o abandono da "Pousada Boutique" de uma forma geral, que de boutique não tinha nada. Para se efetuar o check-in precisamos ligar para um telefone celular (conforme aviso afixado no balcão), pois não havia ninguém na recepção. Fomos informados pela pessoa que nos atendeu que deveríamos pagar o equivalente a 10% de taxa de serviço (que em nosso entendimento já estava...

"Apesar de ser pouco tempo, algumas coisas dificultaram nossa estádia. Chegamos fomos avisados que o horário de check-in eram as 14h, não das 12h as 14h como estava no site. Fora uma mensagem de que não sabiam como conseguimos fazer reserva, pois estavam cheios. A recepção da foi muito boa e a Nati que nos atendeu foi muito prestativa. O ventilador de teto não funcionava, mas deixaram um ventilador para gente, foi o que salvou a madrugada. "
