Chegamos fomos avisados que o horário de check-in eram as 14h, não das 12h as 14h como estava no site. Fora uma mensagem de que não sabiam como conseguimos fazer reserva, pois estavam cheios. A recepção da foi muito boa e a Nati que nos atendeu foi muito prestativa. O ventilador de teto não funcionava, mas deixaram um ventilador para gente, foi o que salvou a madrugada. "
"The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...
"O hotel é agradável, com uma vista deslumbrante e ótima localização, perto de tudo. O atendimento foi excelente; todos os funcionários, desde as recepcionistas até a equipe de limpeza, foram extremamente educados e simpáticos. O café da manhã, embora simples, estava bem saboroso.
Por outro lado, alguns aspectos negativos comprometeram a experiência. Houve falta de manutenção em certos equipamentos, como o ventilador da sala e a televisão, que não funcionaram. Além disso, as camas de solteiro...

"Eu quase não quero deixar um comentário bom para este hotel porque eu adoro ele muito e não quero que meu lugar não fique disponível. Meu marido e eu voltamos a este hotel desde que o descobrimos durante a covid em 2019. O lugar é o nosso `happy place`.
O ambiente é muito tranquilo. O restaurante tem comida ótima e o chef é muito simpática. Agora oferece aulas de ioga todas as manhãs e serviço de massagens. Não há razão para sair! No entanto, a área tem ótimas trilhas para caminhadas e Camburi conta com excelentes restaurantes.

"This hotel is beautiful! our room was spacious, ocean view & poolside! It had a fridge, very good AC and a wonderful breakfast with made to order eggs! The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They even helped us to get a taxi back to São Paulo, which was a real challenge through normal channels. There are mosquitoes, as the grounds are very lush and green, so remember your bug spray. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
"Right on the beach, not simply close to it. Every service available within the faculty except drugstore. Artesans and food kiosks pass by on the beach if you want to buy souvenirs or a complementary drink like coconut water. Kayaks and planks are available for renting. Overall, great area, great services. "
"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again. "
