The room was perfect for us. Very comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful and the open are lobby, lounge and dining room were so nice. Also, the pool, tennnis counts and grounds were quite lovely. We loved this hotel.

The pool area with swim up bar was fantastic, the staff was wonderful and the restaurant was great. Free parking was an added bonus and the location to the old downtown restaurants was very convenient. The surrounding scenery was simply stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great time on the Island Ilhabela

Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again.

Easy to get to town, nice hotel - only issue, not much English at all here. Mainly Portuguese. we also learned that they charge for the coffee in the room. We are used to that being free in the United States so a sign (in English) would be helpful.

Hotel muito bom, area social ampla, elegante e excelente estrutura esportiva, com piscinas e tennis. A licalizacãobé das melhores, vizinha à Vila Histórica. Vi hade en fantastiskt tid pÄ hotellet. Bodde i 7 nÀtter. Hotellet passar alla typer av sÀllskap. Jag och min fru var dÀr med vÄra barn och barnens farförÀldrar. Super mysigt! Vi hade Àven flertalet vÀnner pÄ plats som förgyllde resan. Finns tvÄ trevliga pooler, en vuxen- och en barnpool - dvs nÄgot för alla. SÄ bra! Maten pÄ hotellet var Àven den av av hög klass.
