Holiday Inn Lisbon by IHG
"It was a very bad experience. Room air conditioner was not working at all. We had to fly early in the morning but me, my wife and kids couldnt sleep at all. It was a terrible experience. The hotel room was old. The mattresses were very soft and old. I would not recommend staying at this hotel"

"We had an amazing stay! The rooms were incredible, the breakfast was fab and the pool was great. Easy to get into the centre of town using the metro.
