Nice hotel, convinient location. Rooms are bigger than usual for the city center. But, no luggage services were offered and available. Unexpected for 5 stars property. Other than that all was good.

Unfortunately, the hotel decor was run tatty and run down in the room, the reception area was very nice. The breakfast was very expensive and not of a high standard. They advertised room service was available although when we attempted to use the service the receptionist informed us that they were not running it on that particular day. Average to poor hotel, not worth the price.

Very nice property on the main boulevard in central Lisbon where all the designer shops are. A wide tree lined boulevard that is very pleasant to walk around. The room was really nice with an excellent bathroom.

The property was great! The breakfast was not worth 50 euros for 2 people. Go out and get something down the street better for a third of that.

Excellent location - minor touches need inprovemen
Bedroom facilities were good, but drinking water service was not maintained as advised and meant our having to use minibar waters at cost. Coffee machine in bedroom was good - but no tea. Bathroom towels had all seen better days and needed replacements.

Great location. Small rooms.
Great location. Friendly and knowledgable staff for check in. Really comfortable bed. Downside is that the first floor rooms are small and they are not soundproof (advertised) as i could hear snoring from the room next door at 3am.

Great hotel - clean, good size rooms and comfortable beds. Well located with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again. Just stay away from the exorbitantly priced mini bar.

Excellent quality hotel. Superb hotel room with the best noise insulation. Convenient location in the middle of luxury shopping area. Easy walking to other downtown tourist locations. Roof top swimming pool is understandably small.

OK at best
Placew is ok, service was ok, restaurant was under construction and that sucked. I was not very enthused about the hotel and do not think the $400 per night was reflective in quality or front staff. Cleaning and housekeeping did very well.

Amazing Hotel at the heart of Lisbon!
From check in to check out, my experience was nothing short of awesomeness. Breakfast was beautiful, the waiters were attentive to our choices. The bar staff was friendly, the receptionists were very professional. The interior of this hotel is awesome, all areas are very clean and modern. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it is truly a 5* experience.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff. They offered parking our car, and bringing up luggage. Food was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Good stay
Turim is a large chain with multiple hotels in Lisbon. It is overall great quality and the service is exceptional, but not worth the money. For the amount paid, the hotel easily add a few more benefits that other smaller and boutique hotels give. Apart from that, check-in, service, cleanliness were good. The size of the room was standard, and the bathroom amenities were appreciated.

The hotel is in a good location near a lot of sightseeing areas; metro station and train to Sintra. The reason I do not give all 5 stars because I was given a room at the ground floor facing the street side. It was noisy when cars passed by. I had to press the staff to change the room as they said they were quite full. The bathroom was very clean, but the hallway was dark.
