Dear Jeferson, We realize that you do not understand the meaning of our accommodation. In the dictionary, Guesthouse is an Apartment transformed into Accommodation, with the purpose of receiving guests, at low prices with a warm and familiar treatment. The Owner does not live in the AP but will be there to help. On the sheets, we regret what happened, you should have reported when we asked every day if everything was all right or if something was needed. We suggest that the next time you want to come to Lisbon to talk until dawn or cook lunch and dinner for 15 days, book a private apartment just for you.
