It was so easy to get to from train and airport. You are a close walk to everything but not right in it so there is some peace and quiet too. Food was excellent. The decor was awesome

This hotel is an old train station, but decor and rooms are updated and cozy. It’s attached to the train station so super convenient and really quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved it.

It’s a nice heritage listed building that’s been renovated but damn it’s strange. Starting at the heavy and narrow main entry door - there is no inner handle to open the door!? You have to jam your fingers in the 1.5cm gap between the steel and glass to open. There’s no physical in room directory and you have to use the TV to view directory which doesn’t tell you they even have a gym / fitness room. It also doesn’t tell you the phone directory numbers for reception/operator, restaurant, concierge etc. the “ye olde” phone in the room has been put there to keep the theme of this old railway building and on the dial has call 999 for police / fire / ambulance and call 100 for operator - neither of which is correct and anyway the phone didn’t work as when you picked up handset it said “please check network connection and try again”. The bathroom had a dust filled vent and the shaving mirror was hanging off wall with live wires exposed. As it’s placed adjacent to a very busy station and main bus hub traffic and noise is a main factor - not to mention the huge amount of disruption caused by heavy drainage construction - don’t come for a quiet time. In the area there are a lot of people hanging around typical of any major transport hub. Strange place and as I’d prepaid I was stuck until Thursday when I relocated to another normal 5 star hotel in Lisbon

It was an amazing hotel. Loved that the hotel is part of a train station . Beautiful view of the water. The front desk staff were quick and polite Great spots all around for food or to just enjoy the city.

The hotel was very clean and friendly staff. Surrounding area near station had lots of road construction going on, the garbage dumpsters sat within 15 feet of cafes

Very modern & clean. Good restaurant options ( Taberna Sol Grosso is a must try) and 7 minute walking distance to cruise terminal. A little walk to Rossio Square but it’s our choice to be closer to cruise ship terminal. Shower in our room is separate from the bathroom area. A little inconvenient. I understood some other rooms have all facilities in the same area. I will stay here again pre cruise for sure.

The location is great. Right beside Santa Apolónia station. We had to leave for Porto by train the next day so this was perfect for us. There is a connection from the hotel to the station so it was very convenient for us with our luggage. The room size is decent compared to some other European hotels we stayed at. The bathroom is also a good size with a good shower area. However, The rooms however have a heritage old world feel. We had booked a river view room. The window is not very big but the view was lovely. The bf was basic but adequate. All in all, if you want to stay near the station this place is great!

산타 아폴로니아 역과 건물 자체가 같아서 포르투 가는 열차 이용할때 편리했고, 관광 지구와도 멀지 않아서 좋았다. 작은 문제가 있었으나 빠른 대처와 스위트룸으로 업그레이드 시켜주어서 편히 숙박했다.

Loved the historic property. We had an amazing view of the river and the high ceilings throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend!
