Close to a post office and the hop on hop off busses. Easy 20 minute walk put you very close to so many options re eating and shopping. Metro stations were close as well.

This hotel is in a great location for getting around to all the attractions and areas of Lisbon. Rooms were great, beds were comfortable and all the amenities were provided. The only thing I was unhappy with is the strong perfumed scent that was always present in the lobby area. Very difficult for people with scent sensitivities.

Overall, this is a great hotel. The location is perfect to explore Lisbon. Close to downtown but not in downtown. Also, very close to Avenida da Liberdade.

Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Hotel is getting a bit tired and needs some general maintenance. Pillows definitely need replacing. Parking on the street is difficult and in the hotel is 25 euros a night.

Good things first: clean, convenient location close to Marquis de Pompedal Square, and very affordable (for a 4*). Negatives? The room lacks proper lighting (if you need to work at night while there, you are toasted). The TV was not working, and had to be reset (thing was fixed by a second staff member after an initial failed attempt). And I myself found the breakfast too plain.

The hotel was dark. Everything is brown, even the mirrors are tinted. All the rooms and hallways are very dark, with not enough lights. The beds are a disaster. The mattress has plastic cover under the sheet. The cover is too thick and hot. Air conditioning is off. If you turn it on, it blows warm air. If you open the windows, mosquitoes come. My friend (in a different room) was bitten all over her face. It’s not a nice hotel.

We do not recommend this hotel at all
I do not recommend this hotel at all. The reception is very rude. They never say hello and when we have a question, they make us wait even though they are not doing anything. Check in was very bad, they gave us a room that as not clean and when we told them, they sent someone up as to verify we were not lying. They never apologized either. No light in the hall, when you come out of the elevator it’s all dark. I did mention that to the reception and she smiled saying that’s how it is. The bed was hard a rock and they have not done our room at 4:00 pm. We have been to Lisbon many times. Lots of good hotels there, don’t waste your money at this one.

Rooms were clean and hotel was located in a great location near many great restaurants. Aircon didn't cool well until hours later though and the thick covers mean you will be sweating until then.

The Hotel was very nice and clean, and the service was very good, my only complain is that the hotel did not have a pool but I suspect it was due to the location of the Hotel Overall we had a pleasant stay

The first room they gave us was dampened and smelled because of leaks in AC, and since hotel was completely booked they gave us smaller room. The breakfast was average too.

Our stay was perfectly adequate for the limited nights we stayed. AC did not seem to be working on our first stay and lamps in the room were disconnected/not working. Not good personal email communication or resolution of a problem with a booking and couldn’t be resolved in person. Check-in at desk required me to find my confirmation number and email when I did not do a cumbersome online pre-check in which seems unnecessary. Convenient and quiet location.

This property is clean and conveniently located near transportion and other tourist attractions. The one thing we wanted to do was the Hop On Hop Off bus which the property sells for Gray Line. We thought we were saving time by buying the tickets through the hotel and they had us pay cash. We learned that the QR code has to be exchanged for tickets, for which there was a very long line. We would have been better off just getting our tickets at the kiosk in the first place and the hotel did not let us know we'd have to wait in another line.

I liked the location and my room was very nice. They do take your barely used towels hung in the BR and replace with new, when I clearly do not need new. And, the PC for guest use is not operating.
