The beds were very comfortable, rooms are updated and clean. Nice hot showers after long travel day. Great place to stay without a vehicle because you can walk to everything but only for those who enjoy walking up, down, and around!

Very nice hotel, the location is perfect, next to a trem, lots of restaurant and even a mall. Breakfast is very simple, no vegetables at all !!!! The hotel is like new and very clean, the stuf are very helpfull. Over all, very very recomended

En plein cœur du quartier historique et à deux pas du métro et des transports en commun. La chambre était grande et très propre. L'un des meilleurs lits que j'ai utilisé dans ma vie. Note, le restaurant l'autre coté de la rue est un peu bruyant pour les couches tot. Sinon, j'adore

Lovely hotel in the centre of everything! Subway on the same street ! Hotel staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind ! Bedroom was big and soundproof ! Bed slept well ! Hotel on an area surrounded with restaurants and coffee shops ! Hotel interior well decorated and updated ! Pricing for what you get is reasonable! I will definitely be back ! Hotel is a gem !

Great location. Bad experience with staff. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready (which is fine, we were early). The lady at the desk said she’d fast track the cleaner so we could check in as soon as possible. We were very grateful. Two hours later we checked in but were charged 15 euros for early check in. We were not advised of the cost at the time. The shower head in our room was broken. We told staff and were informed that all the rooms were full, but they’d make arrangements for us to more the following day. We were happy with this. We did not hear any further and instead spent our entire three night visit in the same room.

Never stay hotel
The stay was horrible from the first moment. I plan to contact hotels.com directly to get a voucher. To list some of the issues: - parking not convenient at all - nothing available that was free or in front so we had to pay 49 euros nightly and drag heavy luggage several blocks - inconvenient suite had no real tables despite being a “suite” and had no proper lighting - room didn’t provide coffee so we had to get it downstairs then after telling us the coffee downstairs was free they constantly tried to charge us for the coffee! - air conditioner/heater controls didn’t work and we were stuck with one hot temperature the whole time - they would lock their doors at night and then walk off - no one available after hours unless hovering the doorbell heavily - it felt very unsafe - because they would lock their doors and then not monitor the front desk, when we needed to leave to catch a very early flight we were locked in! - we couldn’t get out. We literally had to walk into the back area and yell for someone for 5 minutes before someone showed up to let us out. And they were incredibly rude. We were almost late for our flight - the staff overall provided horrible service - incredibly rude - weird smell across the hotel This was a horrible experience and I would never stay here again. This place needs a total Overhaul.

Unbeatable location and very nice and modern place
Excellent location, cleanliness and decoration. 10 meters from the subway and you can walk to millions of attractions. Wifi works very well. The room is a little small but functional. The night receptionist didn't know how to speak Spanish and almost no English but we were saved by a Saturday morning receptionist who was finally able to guide us. I would definitely choose him again and I will recommend it to my friends.

The staff was nice, but needs to be better at talking English. Her explanation was a bit hard to understand. Rooms are carpeted, so it triggered allergies. The bathroom seems in need to repair, discoloration in corners

Disappointing checkin, but otherwise ok
Got an email at 4 am the day of checkin telling me that my reservation had been cancelled at my request. We were set to travel by train that morning from Porto to Lisbon, and I was worried that we would be scrambling for accommodations while in travel mode, as I had NOT requested a cancellation and this notice came out of the blue. Long story short, they did reinstate our reservation, but only because I happened to awaken and see this 4 am email. When we arrived for checkin, I mentioned the issue to the host, who basically said, “you have a room, so what’s the big deal?” No apology, no upgrade, no breakfast, just “quit complaining, lady,” (more or less). Didn’t sit well with me, so I had a hard time liking it, but everything else was actually fine…location was great. They were cheap on basics like soap, shampoo and coffee, but nothing serious, just irritating. Would not choose to return.

I loved this property. The room is very simple and not overly Lux, but the room is gigantic and has every amenity you could possibly need. The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast room is very nice. The surrounding area is walkable, close to transit, and has many options for great food and shopping.

Don't Stay at STAY Hotel!!
This hotel is stated as 4-star and it is not! It is more like 2*. The double rooms are very small, the carpet filthy ( my feet were sticking to it) and have no amenities but a minuscule soap and unusable shampoo. There are no tissues, meagre and few towels. Like student accommodation, but worse. The bedside table is against one of the wardrobes and you can't open it. The bed is uncomfortable and the pillows, linens and duvet are ghastly. The furniture is like IKEA but much cheaper. Even the plugs were in awkward positions. Breakfast was basic. We went out. It is not a comfortable place to stay at all. A horrid experience at nearly 190 Eur per night and we couldn't get a refund. Don't Stay!

Overall this stay was average, but I am giving 2 stars vs 3 because the apartment - while spacious and able to accommodate 3 people - had stains all over the carpet and just didn’t seem super clean.

Central located. For busy area, did not heard any street noise. Centrally located to shopping, tourist area, metro and train. They do charge a fee to check in early and breakfast is not included. They will hold your bags to walk around if early to the city. Could use updates. No major amenities. Basic place to sleep

I would have given the property 5 stars howver for the three nights we stayed at the hotel there was a nasty smell of sewerage in the lobby. The rooms were fine but there was definitely something wrong on the ground floor.

Might be the best location to stay in Lisbon. Right next to metro and walking distance to just about everything. Room was in bad shape, and bed was uncomfortable (very thin). Wouldn’t go back

I booked this hotel 10 mins before I checked in due to my previous hotel not being up to scratch. The check in staff were friendly, the room was massive and a very comfy bed plus nice bathroom. I was facing the street which was a little loud at times but im from London so can put up with a bit of noise. Also had good air con which was needed as was very warm during my visit.
