Everything from the staff to the building itself, the food, the location and the atmosphere. The staff should take pride in the apartments as they were a shinning example of great hospitality and the property was even more beautiful than the photos do it justice. I rarely return to a property once having stayed as I enjoy new places and people however I would return here absolutely

Everything great except bars around the area can get a little loud and rowdy at night. Studio was huge! Nice kitchen but didn’t get to use it. Made to order free breakfast buffet and staff were awesome!!!! Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! All of the hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. They serve tasty cocktails at the bar and we looked forward to breakfast every morning - always a large variety of fresh fruits, juices, croissants, pastries etc. and you could order eggs, avocado toast and your coffee that they prepare fresh for you. Our room was very clean and spacious with a comfy seating area as well as a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Such a unique property with the decor and artwork - already hope to return one day!

The staff in this hotel was extraordinary. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. They were very helpful as we planned our days. The hotel was super clean. Rooms were in excellent condition when we arrived and were cleaned daily. We got along with the staff so well that we had a Christmas dinner with them and their family. Excellent location in town. Only negative was roads in the area are very narrow, but we walked most everywhere.

Raw Art and Culture is a very unique hotel. The industrial chic design is amazing and do very well done. The staff becomes “family” immediately; genuinely catering to every need. The lodging space is more than ample and comfortable for a couple. We will return!

Raw Culture exceeded our expectations in every way, The room was amazing and clean. The bed was just like home. We enjoyed a great breakfast every morning with really good music for background. The decor were so fun and tastefully done. It is centrally located so it was easy to go any and everywhere. The staff were so helpful, knowledgable and friendly. It was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our Portugal excursion. We will be back for sure.

A True, Special Gem in Old Town Lisbon
This truly was the perfect place for my trip to Lisbon. The staff and team were spectacular from beginning to end. My room was so exquisitely appointed from the decor, the furniture, the bathrooms - everything was divine. This hotel is a modern well-appointed boutique style and worth it! We were greeted upon arrival and able to check into our room early (which was a pleasant surprise for us). Not only are the reception team great, but all hotel team members provided exemplary service, were so friendly and also helpful with tips for restaurants and various sights. The "public" area (which is used for breakfast as well as the bar in the evening) is funky and modern. The designer of this hotel knew what they were doing. Our room was large, spacious and was a great place to recharge. Each room is slightly different in decor and size (we had a suite with 2 toilet rooms, a shower room, full kitchen and large living room / dining area along with a good sized bed). We even received a few little welcome gifts (water, small port wine, and chocolates). This was a nice touch! The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had with the best croissants and bread, fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, sweets (which included a top notch Pastel de nata) and we were able to order eggs/omlettes and great cappucinos. In the afternoon, they have a bar (that's also open to the public) with some great speciality cocktails along with the regular fare. We will definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to others planning to visit Lisbon. Top notch people and fantastic location.

Great accommodations in the center of everything in Lisbon. The fantastic staff made our stay even more pleasant and memorable. They were so friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. This is an awesome hotel. The entire space is beautifully decorated. The rooms were also well decorated, very spacious and clean - more than enough our family to be comfortable. And as amazing as the place is by itself, the staff were among the nicest people we met on our trip through Portugal. They really tried to go out of their way to make us feel welcome. For example, when they found out we'd be leaving early for our flight, they offered to make us breakfast to-go boxes. Their breakfast was delicious and hot food was made the order - it's not to be missed. The bar also has a very cool atmosphere, and the bartenders make awesome cocktails. It's a great place to hang out. I'd definitely come back here again.

This is truly a hidden gem of a place in Lisbon. It made all the difference for me and my wife. Its location is excellent as it is in the heart of the most happening place in Lisbon. Ask for a room on the quiet side. The room we got was absolutely divine with retro yet comfortable furniture. The bed was one of the best I have slept in. Morning breakfast was fabulous. Made our trip truly memorable. Most remarkable was the service which was extraordinary. Everyone stepped up to provide personal service including recommending places to visit and dine.

What an awesome place to stay. We went to Lisbon the first time with a 2 teenagers. Stayed there in a larger size loft. 2.5 bath and a kitchen to use. Everyone had their space. The place is really convenience located in the central of everything. "NY east village" style bar district around the corner. Plenty of restaurants within walking distant (10-15 mins) to Rossio, Pink Street, TimeOut Market... All staff are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Property, location and service were all great. As "studio" apartments they were well designed and spacious- only quibble is the kitchen could be a little better equipped. E.G. there is no kettle and no microwave BUT there is a full oven ! Also no screens on windows so do not leave them open or you will have flies.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed!
Everything about our stay at Raw Culture Arts & Lofts was simply superb. The staff was amazing and they were incredibly helpful, housekeeping was spot-on and the room was immaculate. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room which was a great touch. Our room on the 3rd floor was vast, furnished with carefully curated Danish Design furniture, high-end toiletries, and fabulous bedding. From the room to the lounge and reception area we were surprised with a meticulously curated collection of art, furniture, books, lighting, and even vintage bikes! It is not just a high-end hotel, it is an art gallery you can stay in and feel immersed in the experience which for us was a really unique element to our stay. Location-wise, you are at the heart of Barrio Alto, which has great restaurants and bars in close proximity. It is very quiet during the day, and even if the cobbled streets are busy at night, the rooms have a double set of windows, each one with acoustic double glazing and sound-deadening thick fabric curtains; so basically we could sleep perfectly without being disturbed as the soundproofing of the room is top-notch. Breakfast was great too, and on our last day we had it delivered to our room, so we enjoyed it on the balcony overlooking the old streets of the neighborhood. Every single element of this hotel works seamlessly to create a truly unique and wonderful guest experience, which is why it is my new favorite place to stay.

Champions League Final.
I’ve stayed in 100’s of hotels, both for business trips and leisure. This hotel is outrageously good. It was a privilege to stay here, not only did I extend my stay I was sad to leave. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in, without question. Huge thanks to front of office staff Barbara and Margarida, and all of the team. Okura Prestige in Bangkok is now in second position. I’ll be back soon.

The loft was very clean, one of the highlights. The rooms can be a little noisy from the street parties, make sure both sets of windows are closed to help insulate the space. The location is fairly central. Over all it is a unique and pleasant hotel.

Ridiculously huge rooms with stylish decor, friendly and accommodating staff, and a super location. Bairro Alto has a lively nightlife scene, but the windows have two sets of glass shutters plus additional interior wooden shutters. When all closed it was very quiet and no light leaked into the room. We had a great stay!

This is a fantastic hotel, with lovely and very helpful staff. Always ready to help. We came with our twin baby girls, and they made our stay super comfortable. All the staff are amazing, with a special thanks to the chef who makes delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The rooms are enormous and well fitted. Bed extremely comfortable. Staff are exceptional. The overall design is somewhat industrial and could do with softening.

This hotel was AMAZING. We could not more highly recommend it. The rooms were fantastic- so spacious and clean and felt very luxurious. I've traveled in Europe previously and was always underwhelmed by amenities---not the case here!! Breakfast was delicious, the staff was so friendly and helpful, rooms were perfectly cleaned and full of amenities. Our last day we had to check out at 4 am and they had breakfast set out and waiting for us when we came down! Truly- this was the best vacation we've ever had and we would highly, highly recommend Expedia and Raw Culture Arts & Lofts. I read through countless reviews before picking this hotel...and I am SO glad we picked this one. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay in an Amazing Area
The stay was amazing! The room was perfect, bed comfortable, and bed linen was soft and clean. The staff was absolutely inviting and hospitable. They provided great recommendations. I would certainly stay here and cannot recommend this hotel enough.
