We had a wonderful stay here for our first stint in Lisbon. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, there were smaller bites and pastries left out for your choosing and you could order more substantial meals from the kitchen. Everything tasted so yummy, we kept saying we will miss the breakfast once we leave. The rooms are small but this is not negative. They provide everything you need. The bedroom and bathroom were tidy and clean upon arrival. The pillows and mattress were comfortable. There was a nice selection of TV channels and there was complimentary water and coffee. The room had A/C and we felt very safe there. You can only go upstairs to the room by scanning your room key. And there is staff at the desk always. We would come back here if we come back to Lisbon. 10/10 recommend this hotel. Also check out Puro Lisboa close by for amazing food!

I think it was the drain in the bathroom that smelt old and rancid which meant every time you came in, it smelt stale. Compared to other boutique hotels I've been to, it wasn't very boutique. Staff were extremely helpful and can't fault them for that. All in all, you pay your money, you get the price. Don't intend to be harsh but it was ok for the price. Would I stay there again? Deduce from my rating.

This was a very convenient location to some of the public transportation. I regret not booking here earlier it was a very nice Boutique and very modernized. There are some details that do need to be fixed very minor carpet was lifting and one of the baseboards was detaching. I also noticed a dead bug on the blinds but it was very minor and other than that everything was excellent. I recommend getting this details fixed as well as cleaning that blind.
